*We have sent a few packages around the world to test shipping times and while it's still taking longer than pre-covid days,
most parcels are arriving within 2-4 weeks. 
But these are only estimates and any delays from postal couriers are beyond our control
so please only order if you are okay with potential longer shipping times :-)

Free shipping via SmartPac for all orders over $50
Normal mail $1.50 SGD
Registered mail $3 SGD

*Normal mail is shipped via Singapore post normal mail and does not come with tracking number. 
*Registered mail is shipped via Smartpac and comes with tracking number


REST OF THE WORLD
DHL e-commerce (15-30 days)

*DHL e-commerce only provides tracking until destination country
and the package will then be handed to your local postal service for the last mile delivery.

Pawsonly.co cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
 We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
